FRED HALL SHOW GET TOGETHER! PICS!

I think we all had a great day today at the Fred Hall show. I didn't get to buy any reels or rods, but I did get to see all of the reels ive been keeping my eye on, like the Shimano Cardiff, the Corvalus, The brand new, not in stores, Okuma VS, and Okuma Aveon, the Shimano Tyrnos, The Tiagra, Avet sx, Okuma Induron, Daiwa Saltist, and many more reels. I also picked up catalogs from Shimano, Daiwa, Gloomis, Okuma, and Penn. I met up with Jason H, and we walked the show together. I met Bryan at the Turners Booth, and gave me some free stuff. Thanks for that! I then went over to the Lip Ripperz booth, and met up with Tony. Cool guy! I ended up getting some deckhand pliers and dykes with a sheath, trout pliers, a subscription to Fish Taco Chronicles, and some new deck boots.

Afterwards, we all went out for pizza at Stefanos. I thought the pizza wasn't that good, but I was so hungry I didn't care. What did you guys think? Tony ditched us for some reason, I dont know why. lol. Anyway the people who went out for pizza were: Me, my dad, Austin (tunakid) and his dad, Nick (TroutGuy) and his friend, CubanFish and his friend, Jason, Shawn, his wife, and his son. It was all pretty fun, and we talked about alot of stuff. Anyway, enough about the show, here are the pics: (I just realized that I should have taken pictures of reels. O well)

Lip Ripperz Sign

Jason talking to the guy from Cuda.

Calcutta Fishing Line. This stuff is actually pretty good!

Rods at Turners.

Turners Booth.

Lip Ripperz Booth at Turners.

Forgot what booth this is at.

The SARL's booth was busy. Hard to get a clear shot of it.

Lip Ripperz!

The sign from Berkely's booth. This booth was HUGE! Hard to get shots of it.

Charkbait's booth!

This place has the best deals out of the whole show.

Reel Deals!!

Chris (cst)

Stefano's Pizza!

Jason, Nick, and Nick's friend. (They all looked stoned)

There's Shawn (carpineagle) and Andrew (cuban_fish) and they're friends/familes.

Austin and my dad.

My dad and Austin's Dad.

My pizza was really hot, and I was starving, and I couldn't wait any longer so I fanned my pizza with a catalog so it would cool down. It worked!

Great job with the pics Sean. Had a great time out there today with you and your dad. That guy with those plastics with the lights was comedy. We need to meet up to fish sometime soon down at LNL, or maybe Irvine or even DP. Ishould have took a few pics with you out there as well.

It was cool meeting you guys. I was a pissed by some of the info i got durring the show. I went to the SARL booth earlier in the day and was chatting with the guy there and he told me my son's cost was $% bucks. I said to myself I know ive paid full price for him before. When we got to the lakes I told them his age and still said he was full price. So 3 times ive been there thats what happened> Guess what Lake Im not going to anymore!!

Sorry I missed meeting you all. It looks like you had a good time, maybe I can make the next get-together.

BTW, Where are the photos of the Bongo's Girls?,
Or of the two heinas working the crowd for that GM dealer by the Triton tank?,
Or, of that chick working the spinning wheel(you know the one)?

If you missed them, you missed part of the show!

Ps. Did you guys check out the big Calico in the salt-water tank?

Wreckingball.

What both had the girl spinning the wheel? Hmmm. FOr some reason this year, the Bongos girls weren't that hot to me, I saw better girls walking the show. When Sean and I passed by the bongos booth one time I heard one of those girls do some phony laugh, ruined the bongos mood right there. One of the Briad girls wasn't bad, but the other one would probably float out at the lakes, better then a jar of powerbait!!!
