How many members are in here now?

Greetings, I know I haven't posted in a long time. To tell you the truth, I forgot I signed up for this site. I signed up a while back and their was little action, I believe there were about 20 or so members on the site at the time. I logged back in about 3 days ago and I glad to see that the site has "took off" the way that it has. Now I can post and speak amongst fellow anglers. So do we have any people from the Central Valley (around the Fresno, Clovis area) in here? I'd like to hook up with a fishing partner or chat with somebody that is familiar with the lakes around here. Thanks.....Dan

Currently there is 541 members and growing everyday. I wouldn't be surprised if we hit 550 by the end of the week. Welcome back!

Hello Dan

Well, I moved to Fresno about 8 months ago, so I do not know all the hot spots. Had to wait to get license until I was here for six months (which I thought was BS since I had to do the car and DL License in 15 days). Anyway, enough complaining. My wife bought me a Fishing in Southern California book, and I bought the Fresno County All Access Park Pass (Good at Lost Lake, Avocado Lake, etc.) but I have not been to alot of places.

The fishing styles here are so much different than what I am used to (Walleye, Northern Pike, and Musky), but at Fisherman's Warehouse on Ashland/Cedar they have some very impressive stripers. Any tips you may have learned or places, would be appreciated.

Thanks,

John
