Fishing Trip Idea...

Supposedly, Disneyland decided to open its doors for a hotel inside the amusement park. It's a hotel above the Pirates of Carribean attraction... I guess Walt Disney live there or something...?

Anyway, for $600.00 a night you can stay inside Disneyland. SO, get a couple of guys, book a room, and when the park is closed, fish that lake... now i've never seen them but i've talked to guys that worked there and they came they are some "big fish swimming in that lake".

About the Hotel inside Disneyland? Nope.
About the $600 a night price tag? That is what I was told, but haven't verified it yet.
About fish in the lake? People tells me they are big fish there

I was told Club 33 was next to it. Funny you should know that but I guess Club33 is the only place in the whole park that sells Liquor?

I highly doubt there are fish in that lake, they put chlorine in it, unless you're talking about another one.

I don't know man Disney is powerful, you piss them off and they can make things happen. Like people disappearing or worse, I don't want to end up another animated figure in Pirates of the Caribbean or it's a Small World... suuure they are "life like".

my sister worked in Club 33 for ten years, I have eaten there many times and gone out into the park drunk afterwords...
I have seen mosquito fish in the main lake around the island but I have never heard of anything bigger living in there.
They put Green dye in the water but it is not chlorinated, the smaller bodies of water around some of the rides are but not the main lake.

I remember when i was a kid I saw a show about disney land that was made in like the 50's and they use to let kids fish in the lake that the steamboat cruises around in frontier land, but i thought they may have been bullheads but bass and bluegill could very eaisly survive; without chlorine of course.

Ive never been to club 33 but my cousin has been there a few times. As Russ attested to it is the only place in D land that sells liquor.

Now that I think about it. I was at D land a few days after the new year and recall them doing some construction.

Ya, there are fish in there if you want to call them that, big ones , up to 40 pounds. I will give you all three guesses what they are and the first two guesses do not count. Here are some hints. They have huge scales, they are super slimy, they will suck your toes off if you are not careful, they eat everything but prefer popcorn, they fight like a doped up catfish only slower and if you eat them you must be starving to death.

The first correct guesser gets a plate of Sushi made from its meat.

Sounds like Sean is the winner. I guess we need someone with a season pass to verify. Fishing for carp would be fun though.
