THE BAYS
SUISUN: Jordona Santiago of Martinez Bait and Tackle reported good fishing this
week. There's plenty of sturgeon to be had and a little striper action as well if
the wind goes away. The last four days have been difficult at best, but the coming
week looks more promising. The good news is that all the fish that were caught are
still concentrated at the west end of the Mothball Fleet and out in front of the
Martinez Marina. Grass and ghost shrimp combos, pile worms and salmon roe are
getting it done.

the Ozol on nightcrawlers, Carl Moyer of Concord caught a 54-inch, 46.9-pound
