lol he never intended to kill the animal, I forgot sealions are immune to steak knife wounds.

He should have gotten the 6 months and the fine, then probation when he got out. Unless the sealion had hommies in the joint, then they might have found him dead in the shower with a shiv in his back and a sardine across his forehead... "they don't allow steak knives in prison, they serve mystery meat you can cut with a popsicle stick".

Thanks for the update Allen was wondering how that all ended.

he should have claimd it was his right, due to heratige and used examples from the japanese, to north west natives who kill whales and seals as part of their culture. Then say they taste like snowy plovers when marinated in soy sause then grilled till medium rare. haha
