it pisses me off that everyone on this site is from OC, it makes me drive so far but its ok when its for fishing. When will you be going fishing,i was thinking we can get 3 people and split a skiff cost or somethng.

lol
la is a barrin wasteland. i dont have a local park lake that stocks trout (or has bass for that matter) and the closest lake is castaic which is 30 minutes. the closest local park lake would be hansen dam and its not in the best neighborhood plus its 10-15 minutes away and gets stocked about once a month (if you're lucky). But thte OCers get irvine, sarl, lnl, newport and a lot more.

oh, i wouldnt complain if i had a boat. its pretty tough for you guys to hit up Palos Verdes and there is some good kelpbed fishing there

JUST FOUND THE SITE :
surfed it for a few minutes and decided to register as i saw a few familar faces /names hope to contribute to the board fish many bodies of water and plenty of salt when the fish are here as for fresh water i love LNL and had a buddy fish it today with (demented fish ) however i do fish irvine and USED to fish SARL many years ago (got 86ed recently ) so i guess i will save my money as far as they are concerned mostly fish the floatube @ LNL and the boat @ the vine have been hearing plenty of talk about this site and decided if i want ALL the info i need to add it to the list of favorites always looking to wet a line so i am here and i guess THERE GOES THE NEIGHBOR HOOD !!!!
