GVL Tomorrow 6/4/06 - California Fishing

I'm heading up to GVL for my first time tomorrow. Chris is up there in a cabin right now so I'll probably have a fish report to relay from him later tonight. I'll be up there early tomorrow morning. I may be helping out Heather's sister Ashley and her husband hook up on some trout. Let me know if any of you are interested in showing up. We'll most likely be fishing from rental boats.

I actually ended up in a cabin at Big Bear tonight. I'll be driving down the road to GVL and I'll be getting there when it opens at 5:30am. I spoke with Chris and he caught 5 fish over 2# in a few hours this afternoon. Fish are biting!

Sounds great for you. Hey maybe you'll run into that Bat Ray I lost last night ..........stranger things have happened. Bat Rays at GVL!!!!!

I caught some small smallmouth in GVL back in the early 90's. Maybe you'll get lucky and hang a couple. Good luck up there guys.

Chris is still up there so he'll report tomorrow probably. I'm teaching a class today so I'll get it done tonight when I get home.
