Weighted Eye Placement on Sculpins?

if i want the hook to ride point up, should i tie the weighted eyes on the top or bottom of the shank?

or does it not matter?

my logic is that if i tie it on the top of the shank, the weight will twist the hook down so it rides point down. kind of like a keel, is that correct? but then again the fur is pretty buoyant so i'm sure that has a bit to do with it too.

fur placement will make most of it for you, id place the eye on the shank side, and more fur towards the bottom half, opisite of the shank...say a 3/2 ratio.

I don't know top, bottom, shank, or what, but if i want my hook to ride point up, I place the weighted eye on the opposite side of the point.
