Have you ever caught a fish, let it go, and always wondered how much it weighed? Do all your friends think you're telling fish stories when you say you caught a 20 pounder? If you're like most anglers, you can't judge the weight of a fish accurately by just holding it and now you don't have to! All you need is a tape measure and you're set. Just measure the length and/or girth of the fish, plug it into the Hook Up Calculator and you will get the estimated weight of your fish. If the fish you caught is not on the list you can choose a fish on the list that has a similar shape and calculate the weight that way. All weights are approximate.
