DementedFish Yes. Both reel and rod are from Shakespeare and I think it’s awesome. I agree that having expensive equipment is cool. And it also attracts women. But it doesn’t help you to get more fish



Nick, I think your equipment is probably newer then the one I used before I recently moved to the US.

I find that besides my rugged good looks, if I put some shrimp salt scent behind my ears it gets a reaction from the ladies. Maybe thats why they look at me strange and plug thier noeses....hummm maybe thats why all the cats on Balboa Island like me

I figure if your equipment still works and catches fish thats what matters.
