Yeah I was talking to a friend and he says instead of me going to redondo I should go to 22nd street. Why is redondo so bad... I want to know because I am very close. Not more than 5 minutes from the boats.

i don't think the redondo boats are bad or located in a bad spot.. depends on what you are targeting. they right by palos verdes, which is a pretty good spot for calicos (IMO). it's not fun when they're targeting sandbass down the huntington flats because the ride there is long and the boats are pretty slow. what are you fishing for anyways? i think most boats are doing rockfish now, just get some 6oz sinkers with some good chovies and you're set.

Nothing but rockfish. Guys using 8oz sinkers could not stay on the bottom. My friends went out today and all that caught was rockfish to 11" while I caught a limit of halibut off the surf, lol.

Where can I find the page that shows all the limits for the fishes and possibly legalities. Like weight etc
