Newport Harbor Saturday anyone?
Saturday the 23rd is going to be my first day off since Memorial weekend and the weather forecast looks GREAT!
Who's up for a little float trip from Balboa island? I'm thinking of launching my pontoon at around 8:00AM from a yet to be decided loccation.

I will unfortunately be bored out of my mind fulfilling 12 consecutive hours of Traffic School. I bid you luck and hope you catch an abundance of fish in all sizes and species.
Hope you'll be doing this more often. Perhaps I can meet up with you in the near future with my pontoon as well.
Good luck!

Wanted to make it but don't think paddeling the harbor with a couple bruised ribs is a good idea. Maybe I'll try and sneak out on shore later in the day if I can make it. Good luck out there!

I was using a big Milwaukie power drill at work, with a 1 1/8 drill bit opening a 3/4 inch hole in a 1/2 inch steel plate. Was almost through when the bit grabbed and spun the edge of the drill handle in tomy ribs. Couldn't breathe for like a minute then got over it and finished the hole... next morning had a big arse bruise and was sore as hell. They said I didn't crack anything but I probably bruised or seperated a couple ribs a little, and to take it easy for a bit till it isn't sore anymore. So pretty much anything involving sneezing, coughing, hiccups, or useing the abs hurts.
