We went fishing 2 hours south of tijuana to a place called Castros' camp
in Erendira, past Ensenada, the road is a pay road with a great view of the ocean and the place is just like that, a camp, bare, nothing fancy, no tackle store, or markets nothing, just like 6 big pangas, a few rooms for staying overnight at 40 bucks per room, sleeps like 5, bring your own food /drinks, they charge 35 bucks per person,for like 6 hours, the panga gets towed in a old tractor to the beach, and basically they do bottom fishing this time of year, but they are waiting for the big fish, huge yellowtail, and white seabass, so we fished for giant squid and red rockfish, we had a blast with the squid,this things growl like the monsters they are, and are very, very agressive, the day was windy and the sea was mean, we took a beating, we new of the wind conditions ahead of time, but we refused to stay home.

Brings back memory's, It was a long time ago, But looks like nothing has changed. When we was there we caught rock fish, whitefish, by the hundreds. Our group stayed in a moterhome, and had a great time.

Sounds like heaven...in the Summer, when my schedule changes so I have weekends off, I'd like to head down there
