East Fork San Gabe 04-07-07

Looks like several of us are heading up to the San Gabe on Saturdany morning and this is an open invite to anyone else who may want to tag along. I will be leaving the Irvine/JWA area at around 6:30 or 7:00 AM and should be on Asuza Ave. by 7:30.
Who all is going and how many vehicles are heading up, the only place up there to buy parking passes is at the ORV area so we may want to pick some up in advance.

I'll be up there at the Jack in the box at 7:15-7:30 ish. So far just me myself and I.

I am purchasing a yearly parking pass for $30 the one day ones are $5 and I have already bought 3 of them now. If either of you need passes shoot me a text or call and let me know which pass and how many you want. I will be picking them up Friday night around 6:00. I know Fishlayer has my number and I pm'd it to Mark as well.

See ya there

getting wet is not even needed, last time we were able to "rock hop" and cross the river several times with no problem.

One word of warning before you buy a yearly pass, nobody is going to break into your car to steal a $5 dollar day pass.

If you don't buy a pass, the ticket is only 5 bucks (at least it was last year)

But if you want to support the program (which I disagree with, though I understand) you can go in with a friend. Buy the yearly pass for $30 and a second vehicle pass for $5. That would be $17.50 apiece.

A pass is still $5 a day ad an annual is $30.00 and for a second car its an extra $5.00.

I would go but I need to catch some bay bass at the Balboa Island tomorrow. Goodluck guys!
