if you look in freshwater message board you can see what i have.

i used my pull out thing rod and i used my dad's friends reel (its next to a nice clean beach) and it was great. im not sure where the beach or where his place is but i'll ask. i hooked sandcrabs with roe and caught about 3 corbinas. 14, 17, 15". they were all nice and healthy. i released them by using the method shown in the message board and it swam off and i think i saw them come back up again for sandcrabs. i didnt go for them because i wouldnt want them to have 2 holes in their mouths in 1 day so i moved to a rocky point and used sandcrab again and i found a small party of different fish. so i cast it out maybe 2-3 feet infront of them and on the next wave i was hooked with something i couldnt see because the waves and i started bringing him in. it was a strange corbina. it was dented on the head at first i thought it was the one that sharkbait caught but i couldnt find any hooks in the mouth so i just released it. it was about 18.5 well thats all i have to say. if you guys want to know the beach and where my dads friends place is ill try to find out.
