Mayo.
my friend showed me this one many prob. know it but you get mayo w/ your favorite spices and lay it on a bit thick and broil it, mayo. disapears and leaves behind a bright white. fillet with brown and black top areas it is really good ,its been a while but its pretty tasty that way.

I heard of lingcod kind of like that, supposed to be great. Mayo spread over, bread crumbs, bake, and serve. Mayo goes away when cooking.
