Twilight Trip July 3, 2004 On the Twin speed

Ladyfish ask me to go on a charter trip with her for some calicos and sandbass. Well How could I say no to that kind of fishing. Well I was very surprise that there was only 22 people on the Twin Speed boat. Talking about having room to fish anywhere. The fishing was slow and medium at times. However if you were using plastic tip with squid. They like that better at times. I miss four and got three sand bass and a bat ray. As for ladyfish she got three as well. I have been watching the counts of late. Lool like they are starting to improve on the counts. Now just need the funds for my next trip. It was good to fish off the Channel Island side again. Over all the Captain and crew were excellent. I would love to fish off that boat again soon. If need to fish on the water then get on a charter trip. Take care all for now.
