Penn Jigmaster 500 Question
I'm going on an overnight tuna trip out of SD next weekend and I was wondering if my jigmaster would work ok as my 30# reel? What do you guys think and why?

It will work out fine. The 500 holds a lot of line unless you have the narrow 500spool.

that is what penn made them to fish with and i have even fished 40 on my jigmaster just make shur that you have new ht 100 drag washers
