Fly Rods

im looking to buy a fly rod thats 2 3 or 4 weight but they just seem to be expensive. St Croix, for example has rods ranging from 180 - 560, and G-Loomis sells theirs for around 500-600. Are there any good rods for 100 or less dollars?
