First week in August I'm heading down to San Quintin, B.C. Mexico to do some serious panga boat fishing for mainly Roosterfish, Yellowtail and Dorado. I'll be there for 3 days and will fish for two of those days. My party and I will be chartering 2 Super Panga boats (25 footers)each day, out of "Don Eddies Sport Fishing". It's been a couple years since I've actually fished off pangas, so I'm really excited. For those of you who aren't familiar with panga boats, it's Mexico's version of a 'flats' boat or a skiff, minus the push pole. They are very instrumental in getting you into places the charter boats can't. Might do some evening surf fishing too(I'll be thinking of Jonathan and his Terminator surf rod, I'm jealous). Anyway, I'll be posting more specific info before the trip and then of couse I'll have a report and pics when I return.
