Next week the sign ups will begin for the very first:

1st Annual HookUpSportFishing.com "Taco Tour 2004"

This is the Members only / Friends and family -full day private sportfishing charter (you know, the one you've been taking the poll on), aboard the
Chubasco II sportfisher out of Islandia SFC in San Diego, headed for Mexico and the Coronado Is.

Jonathan and I decided that because the polling was very close(between 30 and 40 anglers desired), that we would compromise, and limit the load at 35 anglers. 35 anglers still makes it an extremely comfortable fishing trip on a boat(60x22ft) which normally takes between 45 to 50 anglers.

Be sure to take a look at the sign up advertisement next week and see all the extra features that this private charter will include; things that are normally not offered, even on a private charter.

We will be running another poll regarding customizing the Galley Menu for your pallatable desires. we'll offer choices of different foods that normally are not offered on a sport fishing charter, that you will be able to vote on and essentially choose what it is that your Galley Menu will consist of. Your private charter will consist of many "extras" to make sure that the Hook Up Sport Fishing.com members defintely have the best personalized, customized and most unique sport fishing charter possible. We'll be focusing on Yellowtail, Sand Bass, Barracuda(big Barries, 5-15lb average maybe bigger), & Albacore Tuna. What we'll probably end up hookin into is Yellowtail, Barries, Sand Bass, Calico Bass, Albies, White Sea Bass, Bonito, maybe Pacific Whitefish.

If the weather has been really really hot that week, we have a good chance of possibly hookin into Dorado, Yellow and Bluefin Tuna when we're on the open water side of the Coronado Is.

There is a lot of cool things being added to the trip guys. I have worked very close with Jon to see what was going on and it definetely has my stamp of approval I won't let the cat out of the bag, but some cool things will be on the trip and let's just say you will have a chance to capture that fish of a lifetime forever.

James, glad you approve! Wasn't sure if you had seen all the stuff yet. These guys definitely have a great private charter instore. This one is only the first one. Next year "Hook Up Sport Fishing.com" and "the California Custom Angling Co." will be blowing out the 2nd Annual HookUpSportFishing.com "Taco Trip 2005", and so on and so on. the California Custom Angling Co. has plans to organize various different types of HookUp "members only" customized sportfishing trips through out the year every year. Some of the ideas that Jonathan and I have tossed around is a late Winter / early Spring 2005 - HookUpSportFishing.com members only Northern California Salmon Fishing Excursion with professional river guides, etc. Also another idea I have is for CCAC to organize a members only "Eastern Sierra Trout Derby -Opener 2005" . CCAC would organize all of the transpo, accomodations, Boat rentals, Derby fees, etc. It would be a combination of a customized Trout fishing trip / 2 day Derby contest with contest money and prizes, the whole nine yards.
