Palos Verdes Spear Fishing 6/26/04

Went down to PV with Frank on saturday morning. We got there and it's foggy and we can't really get a feel for what the vis was like so we got our wetsuits on, grabbed the guns and walked down to the water. We got in and kicked out a little. Visibility was terrible: 2 - 3ft max in most spots with some areas going down to 5. Not much we could do so we decided to call it a day and went to Dennys for breakfast. After breakfast, we decided to do some perch fishing. Drove out to Malibu and fished on the pay side of zuma out by the rocks. By this time the sun had come out and it was really nice out there. I caught 7 perch on a grub (clear w/ red flake) and Frank caught 3. All fish caught on a medium retrieve and released.
