its about a hundred bucks a day out of Davey's Locker, a boat will fit three or four people though so when you split the cost its not bad.

I was thinking of hitting up the Dana Point Jetties this Saturday as well. I have been seeing a few Cuda and Hali being caught in the harbor side on lures or live bait on weekends.
I just got a Kayak to fish around there but being a kayak noob I thought I should first take it to Lake Irvine this Sunday and give it a try.

A month ago I was having 20+ bass days inside the harbor, shoot me a PM on Friday and I will let you know where I will be fishing.

Hi O07 is talking about coming down this Sat. to fish from his kayak that he just bought, and I'm fishing from my yak.Maybe we can all get together, and anyone else that wants to meet up.I don't see any reason to waste money on getting in Lake Irvine, When It's Free at Dana And probably in parts of Newport.I know one spot thats free in Newport, but its way back in the bay by PCH.
