I picked this up at the local Sport Chalet and thought I post it for all who are interested, I will be attending the one in Foothill Ranch this Friday night.

Fishing Seminars
90 Minute tutorial on local saltwater techniques ranging from white sea bass to halibut. There will be plenty of free samples handed out to all attendees.
Ronnie Kovach will also have a free door prize raffle at the completion of the seminar. The Grand Prize Winner will win a fishing charter and Albacore fishing product worth $1,000.
Seating at this event is limited so arrive early.

Well I went and it was very helpful and informative, well for me atleast. Almost tempted to go to the one in Torrance and do it all over again!

Sorry Cashe I was not able to pick you out from the crowd, there were a couple of gentlemen there with grey hair. Me and my pops went, we were sitting on the left end of 2nd to last row. I had a white shirt and khaki shorts and my pops had on a blue knit shirt, work pants and glasses... Not sure if ya spotted us or not.

I thought that was pretty funny and cute when that little girl walked by the group and said "daddy look they are having church!". Did you win anything from the raffel? sure was nice of that guy who won the trip to give away the fresh water gear to that father and son.

HI I was in the middle of the front row. I might go to all of them, just to try an win. I won the ten inch squid, don't know what the hell I'm going to do with it.

oooh yeah I kinda remember you from that huge squid lure, so did Ronnie really make you sign a release form to get it? since you will be catching everything from dolphins to whales with it. My dad won that squid jig and has no idea how or when he is going to get to use it either.
Well good luck on the next raffels, hope you get a boat trip instead of another squid

lol! that squid is huge!!!

i was there too! it was pretty informative but the the giveaways and raffle made it worth the time! i got a crippled herring in the raffle but i wanted that tackle box! that thing was stuffed full of berkley, rapala, and owner stuff! lucky kid!
