Going to Oregon-Need help!

Hey everyone, I'll be going to Oregon in two weeks and I'll be doing some fishing. I want to target natual trout, steelhead, and salmon. What rivers/streams will be my best bet for any of these fish? It has to be within 2 hours of Eugene though, because I'm not taking my car, just the family van. Anyway, if you can't provide me with some good places to fish, I would like some tips though. What techniques would I use for big salmon and steelhead form shore? What pound line? ANY info would be appreciated.

Whoa! That's pretty cool! I want to go there or Washington sometime this year or by early next year as well. Let me know what you find out.

Sean, I'll have some solid info or you by the end of today. Don't have time to do it now, but I'll get it to you.

Shut up! Just Kidding Hey, I need to know when you're leaving, how long you'll be there, and where exactly you'll be staying(not the address of anything, just the city).

I'll be staying in Cottage Grove, its about a 10 minute drive from Eugene. I'll be leaving Saturday the 19th and returning the 26th, maybe the 27th.

Alright don't say I never hook you up, you little ##@%@&^#$!!

I need to coordinate this with you and your dad, and it can only be the two of you, but I've just arranged for you and one other person (I'm assuming your dad) to go steelhead fishing on the Umpqua River with the President of Setyr Rods. All they want you to do is photograph the trip so they can use pictures for their upgraded website (being built right now). I'ts going to be a guided trip and it won't cost you a dime except the gas to get there. They are about an hour and a half to 2 hours from Cottage Grove.

Now if you wanna fish a guided Steelhead trip with the Predsident and the Vice President of Setyr Rods, I'd make the drive. Talk it over with your dad and let me know so I can coordinate this all for you.

Tony: You are truly amazing! To set up this kind of a trip on such short notice--and no money involved except gas?! You truly are El Chingon! Sin duda!

What Harold really meant...........(I hope that the President fo Setyr Rods gives Sean a rod, and then I'll try to convince Sean to sell it to me or trade it for something I don't use anymore....)
