Trout Plants - Week of July 30, 2006

The following waters are scheduled to be planted during the week of July 30 through August 2, if water, weather, and road conditions permit.


FRESNO COUNTY: Courtright Reservoir, Hume Lake, Huntington Lake, Kings River below Pine Flat Dam, San Joaquin River below Friant Dam

KERN COUNTY: Kern River (KR#3 to Riverside Park, Kernville)

MADERA COUNTY: Corrine Lake

MARIPOSA COUNTY: McSwain Reservoir

MERCED COUNTY: Merced River from McSwain Dam to Merced Falls

STANISLAUS COUNTY: Turlock Reservoir

TULARE COUNTY: Balch Park Lake (Upper and Lower), Kern River (Fairview Dam to Falling Waters Lodge and Brush Creek to Fairview Dam), Peppermint Creek, Redwood Lake (Hedrick Pond), Stoney Creek, Tule River North Fork of Middle Fork (Wishon Campground), Tule River South Fork of Middle Fork (Camp Nelson and Ceder Slopes)

TUOLUMNE COUNTY: Lyons Canal, Moccasin Creek, Pinecrest Lake (Strawberry Lake), Powerhouse Stream, Stanislaus River (Clarks, Middle, and South forks), Tuolumne River (Middle and South forks)

are these plants only rainbows, or do they stock others, too?

Only rainbows. Any other type of trout is a special stocking and is announced separately.
