Quick Yellowtail Recipe.

here's a simple recipie that works really well. cut the yellowtail (or even tuna) fillets into small cubes. season them with lemon pepper seasoning and garlic spray then sprinkle on some olive oil. heat up a pan and drop the cubes onto the pan. heat each side until the cubes turn white. it's done really fast and the center can be a little pink if you'd like.

Sounds good to me. I'll give it a shot at lunch and let you know how it goes.

make sure you dont overcook it. dont overseason or over olive oil it either! keep all the extras light or you lose the fish taste. also, a little pink in the middle is definatly the way to go.

I tried it for lunch and cubing the fish really speeds things up. I changed it up a little since I didn't have exactly what you used. I used pepper, a little garlic salt, olive oil, and a little soy sauce. Tasted really good!
