A twp part fishing report 5-29-04.
First report: Me and my gf went to Madelay Power Plant and onlt caught one perch on sandcrabs. It was my gf that caught it. Me for that area.
Last report: We went to Ventura Pier to do some night fishing with fresh mussels. The set up was medium to heavy rods and reel on a hight and low rig. 15 to 20 lbs test line. Hokks were Eagle Craw bait holdier hooks. Gf got one 9 1/2 " yellowfin croaker. As for me 15", 12/3/4" and 8" one. Not at a bad night over all water was alot better in Ventura than in Oxnard. We from 8:00pm -12:00 midnight. I am using the left over for crab fishing bait soon. Take care for now. |
