Reel Adv. 5/13 & 5/12 KINGS, BIG BLUES and REDS
On Saturday 5/13 I had the honor of taking out SGT. Shane Meeks and his friend who is a Lance Corporal in the USMC. They wanted to hook up with some King Mackerel and the kings were eager to please us. Luckily Shane and his fellow Marine were seasoned fishermen because it was chaos at times with a few double hook ups and even a triple! We were trolling HUGE Spanish sardines on yellow and pink king rigs. The sardines are not my favorite bait to pull but the size of the bait sure made up for its lack of quality. The king mackerel bit almost non stop ...........................................

Thanks for the report. Don`t foreget to keep supporting our troops, it`s agreat moral booster. I remember when I was in the 1st gulf war, how nice it was to get letters from people from all across the U.S. Semper Fi!!!!
