Intro
On the advice of Platinum Hooks, I am going to intoduce myself here to the people that dont know me. I am from Covina, I fish Puddingstone a lot. I have bagged trout over 15lbs from the pay lakes, and a 5 lber from the sierras. I like panfishing probably more than bassfishing but I do a lot of bassing over the course of the year. My personal bests are 5lb bass, 2.5 lb redear, 1.5lb bluegill, and a 2 lb smallie. I probably do carp fishing more than any other fishing because I love the size and the fight that most carp in city park lakes give up.
I am a tackle and equipment whore. I have spent more on my fishing gear in the last 2 years than most people spend on a used car. I am just starting to get into saltwater fishing, and could use tips every once and a while. I just started surf fishing for perch and I really enjoy it. Those Gulp sandworm plastics are killer. I have never done an intro thread before so I dont really know what else to say. If you have any questions of me, post them and Ill be happy to answer them. I hope to be a big contributer to this site in the future. |

Hey Slims! I used to fish Puddingstone all the time when I used to work at the University of La Verne... have you been to the Pudd in while?

I went to puddingstone last week looking for bluegill and crappie but I didnt find any. What did you do at ULV? I went to school there for a couple of weeks, before they sent me the bill. I withdrew, with sadness. But 20K a year isnt a joke.

Sup Slims!! You could probably get together with Harold (Local Rookie) and Jerry (WreckinBall) alot being from the Puddingstone area. Also Ed(Ehano44) lives in the SGV area so he may want to get out there with you too!
We have alot of HookUpSportfishing.com official events like get togethers (fishing and non-fishing related), tournaments, private charters, sierra trips, etc. etc. Hope you stick around; you seem to really know your stuff, and it's nice to have another whore (Ho!) around!!!! How old are you BTW? |
