Well, I finally reversed the curse, and got into some fish. I fished the creek from 1 to 2:30, using the waders. I noticed that my rubber waders sprang a leak by the "crotch" area, but it can easilly be fixed.
About 10-15 anglers were out today, and none appeared to have any sort of luck, other than me. Most of these anglers were near the dam, and a small group of immigrants were near the spot that I was anxious to get to. This spot was a bend in the river, with a few deeper cuts, boulders, and breaks. They also weren't having any luck.
Today's baits were all live-bait.. Nightcrawlers were the ticket. The fish wanted meat and they got it. I really didn't bother using artificials because no one else was having any luck with them. I mainly was fishing a fallen tree in about 3ft of water with nearby rockpiles.

The main area I was fishing today
Presentations that were used were a simple split-shot rig with half a crawler. A clip-on bobber was also used when the fish were "slow".
here's a small sample of what I was catching..

A Green Sunfish - should have brought the minnow bucket and taken one small one home for the aquarium.I'll do it next time!
