New article system

There will be a new article system being added to bring back the articles and the frontpage as well. Personally I like the old articles system better, but at this time the other modification (that I modify deeper) is not available.

The articles section is in beta and will remain in beta until it turns gold. I do hope by that time the other article system is available so I may merge the code to make Hookup the source for all of your needs (even though its already at that point)
