Robert Gallia of the charter boat El Dorado said crab combo trips have produced limits at the Farallon Islands and there was a good showing of ling cod. Most anglers are using Farallon flies with a small piece of squid attached for crabs, and chrome, 12-ounce bars for the lings. For more information, visit Berkeleymarinasportfishing.com. Salmon season officially closed last weekend. The New Easy Ryder landed eight salmon up to 24 pounds for 10 anglers.
