Chest pack or vest?

I am thinking about changing to a chest pack now. They are more versitle and easier to get around in. They are also smaller. I like how you can have that little fold down compartment also. Its kind of like a table.

Vests on the other hand, you can fit a ton in them. My question is, what do you think is a good choice? It could also be both. Maybe when you fish a smaller stream you could use a chest pack or, only use a chestpack when fly fishing. Use a vest or fanny pack when spin/bait casting. You only really need to have a few patterns, or just a wet and dry box of flies and maybe a few small containers of misc patterns, then some other utitlites. What would you do?

Well globalfisher, it really depends on what type of chest pack your using. There are different models of chest packs. Personally, i like a vest, but then again ive never used a chest pack. If ur fishing a rapid river, then i would go with a vest.

I will probably have both. I already have a vest, and I will buy a chest pack also. I am not sure exactly what kind or style, but I will let you guys know.
