Galveston Offshore - 7/4/05

Heather and I went on a 12 hour offshore trip out of Galveston on Monday. The weather was nice and the swell was about 2ft or less so it was a nice day out there. Unfortunately, Heather (as well as half of the other people on the boat) didn't think the seas were that small and all got seasick! Heather didn't puke, but didn't feel good and didn't get to fish much. Anyway, I limited out on nice sized kingfish and also caught a couple 6 pound + red snappers that I kept. I caught some other things that I used for bait (blue runners I think) and caught a few sharks that were released. I have pics that I'll post when I get back this weekend. Lots of fun!
