Tackle Shop

What type of fishing tackle would you guys like to see in a tackle shop? Joe and I are putting together an online tackle shop and we're interested to see what products you would be interested in.

Try to be as specific as possible so we can get a good idea of what you're looking for. Thanks!!

Rooster tails in assortment of colors. Are you going to have flytying/fly fishing supplies?

Fly fishing supplies will be available in the future. In the beginning we will have rods, reels, jig heads, and some lures. We have a lot more than that available, but we're limited by the time it takes to upload the products. Each week there will be new things added as well as special sales on certain items.

Ok, so what about some rooster tails? They work very well on a lot of species.

I agree w/ globalfisher. I like roostertails too. Terminal tackle isn't that big of deal, so try to put up items that are rarer than terminal tackle, like specific rods, reels, crankbaits, lures, etc. In my opinion, terminal tackle is like: Fishing line, hooks, weights, etc.

Also, wahoo, if u want, i could sell my midges on ur site if u want. Not only do they work at LNL, they also work in the high sierras.

Dont worry about cheap items being in there Nick. Jon and Joe have put a lot of hard work into the shop, and they have great top quality items for really low prices! Im already planning on buying 3 things from his shop!!

We have or will be getting pretty much everything you guys are asking for. We definitely have good quality products in every price range so that everyone can find what they're looking for. For example, we have reels ranging from $30 to $1100! I've just put in a big order for a lot of new products and those should be in by the end of may. The shop will probably open by the end of the week (I hope!), but all the products won't be available right away. It takes a lot of time to get all the items uploaded and ready to go. Thanks for all the good ideas! Keep them coming!

Welcome to the board Bets5150! The tackle shop isn't online yet. We plan on opening it this saturday afternoon. Let me know if there's anything in particular you're looking for and I'll get you some info.
