Well, I just got back from Cooperstown New York, to do a little fishing on Goodyear Lake. We had a private dock, but not a boat like they said. Well, the fishing turned out to be really sucky, but it was still very beautiful, and fun to go to. I did catch some fish over the week, but damn I have never had to work more hard for fish. I ended up with 1 bullhead catfish, 7 smallmouth bass, 1 big rock bass, and 1 big 4 pound Largemouth. I caught some of the smallmouth on lip ripperz in chartruese, the rock bass on a diving blaze crankbait, and the largemouth and smallmouth were caught on a secret bait.
We went out on a boat one day, and we trolled most of the day for walleye using special walleye trolling things called a worm rig, but we didnt even get hit. O well, it was still fun. I have pictures of my largemouth, but they're on my friends camera, and i'll try to get them soon. Here are some pics of the lake:
Chicago
The real reason why we went to New York. My friends little brother is on a traveling team called the San Diego Stars, and they competed in Cooperstown for the 10 year old youth world championship. They obviously won, and beat the best team in America. They were undefeated.
