Crowley Report and Fear No Trout Info

I had a great couple days of fishing. A couple of friends and I drove to Crowley. We got there Thursday afternoon and did a little perch fishing. The next morning we went out with Cory Shiozaki (aka fear no trout) guide service. One of the guys in our group had never fished before and we wanted to put him on fish. Going out with Cory was the best decision that we made all weekend. He put us on fish right off the back. He was patient with the rookie and taught us all a lot about fishing Crowley. I would recommend Cory to anybody no matter how much you know about fishing the Sierras. He will work very hard for you and put you on quality fish.
Anyways, back to the fish report. We had limits of trout in a couple of hours (for pictures see Fear No Trouts report). I caught a three pound nine ounce rainbow and my first brown trout. We all caught our limits and then we went for Perch. We got a good group of perch and called it a day.
The next day we moved to the Rock Creek area. We fished Rock Creek Lake with very little luck. In the evening we fished Rock Creek and made a little bit of a come back.
Sunday we went back to Crowley. Four of us got fifteen nice trout and a few perch.
All in all it was a great trip.

That Sacramento Perch looks a lot like a Crappie. Nice fish, all of 'em.....good going!
