I saw on the news last night that a young girl was bitten out by silverlake. I remember about 12 years ago I lived out in Lake Forest for a couple of years before all the expansion. I lived on the border of what is now Foothill Ranch and it was not uncommon for me to come home at night and see coyotes and racoons running around because of the construction and the encrouchment on "thier" territory.

There are rattle snakes all over the place in around the lakes here. Ive seen them at regional parks and places like that and its not scary.
