try filleting a trout and frying the fillets. do a egg cracker egg cracker crust. i like the taste of the keebler club crackers. it has a very slight bit of sweetness that makes it really good.

LT,
Isn't that a bit long to cook the Trout? 350 degrees for 30 minutes? Wouldn't it be dry as hell when you take it out? The reason why I'm asking is because I cook, and I'm not talking about eggs and bacon, I mean really cook; and I would be afraid to cook Trout that long at that temp.

he does'nt roll it in any paper, he just seasons the fish puts the fish on a grill and then he lights the hickory wood until it starts to smoke alot then he turns off the fire and he lets the smoke cook it.he has like a custom made smoker that coast like 200dollars.
