Puddingstone report
Fished friday for 2 fish on jerkbaits and 1 on a dropshot, big fish going 2lbs. Sat produced 1 fish on a jerkbait and 3 on dropshotted plastics, big fish was about 2lbs. Fished for a couple hours today for 2 fish on the dropshot with a nice 3lb female on the last cast. Man was it hot out there today.

Thursday would be nice however, I will be driving back from San Diego (company business) and will be wiped by the time I get near Puddingstone...perhaps some weekend? I thought the lake closed at night - how do you get in?

I work on the weekends, so I try to get out when I can during the week in the evenings. Where I usually go (eastshore, sailboat cove) is from the I10 to 210 first off ramp left over the freeway and voila!

Hey Fuzzy! It's good to hear from you. It looks like the lake is open until 10pm now. There's info on this thread.
Is Puddingstone open to night fishing yet?

Not right now on week days, weekends yes , but starting next month I believe it's $6 every day. Not sure since I have an annual pass which allows me to fish a number of parks e.g. Santa Fe dam, Pud and Castaic for $90.
