Went to sarl like I said I would for today. Relatively light crowd. Ran into some regulars I have not seen in a while and we fished the dock area. Bite started off decent as I baged a few rats early on, but the bite went down from there. The back pond was released so there were about 20 lloyds released into our area. Lots of line runners was the key today but no hook set for me. A 17, a 12, and another nice one was landed in my area but that was it. Only 3 landed in the area. Did see some causing some nice boils in the water but I could not get them to bite. Weather and wind picked up and it was time for me to go. I'am still on the hunt and should get one at least before the derby happens. I will go back next Friday. Peaces!
