I fished SARL this morning with Joe and Bryan at Levitz corner. Fishing was SLOW. Not a lot of action going on anywhere. We did see a 17 pounder that the guy caught on powerbait at the cleaning station though.
Today was Joe's first time trout fishing and he caught his one and only trout of the day splitshotting an orange lipripperz worm. After a while he was really starting to get the hang of fishing with the trout worms and I think he got 3 other bites that didn't hook up. Bryan caught 1 splitshotting an orange lipripperz and 1 on green powerbait. I got my only one on green powerbait and I farmed a few others. We had a good time and it was nice to get out and relax for a while. We have some pics that we'll post shortly.
