My favorite rig is the lead head and cutting the worm in half. I usually use a smaller head 1/32 or 1/64 oz.

Welcome to the board!!

Thanks for the info! Hows just rigging the worm through the middle on a size 8 or 10 hook work or fishing it wacky? THanks

I am interested in the same exact questions as you are fishinhopeful. I too am looking for answers on how to fish lip ripperz. Im just wondering: that when i put a lead head on, do i also put a spilt shot above it? Can anyone answer this for me?

If you fish them with a 1/32 ballhead jig, you do not need to use a split shot. Just fish them just like you would a regular mini jig. Thread the Lip RipperZ on the hook using maybe half or a little more of a full worm depending on if your getting short bit or not.
