Hey guys. Just wondering, what is your personal favorite rig on for fishing for bass, croaker, perch, and those kind of species on piers?

Usually i use a rig which is simlar to a hi/low rig, or a catfish rig.

I have always just used a split shot rig. On the piers that I use to fish, every thing was right down against the pilings. Especially when fishing for perch.

The rig you have will also work well.

yes. I just use a split shot up about 18"-24" from the hook.
