Okuma Induron?
Has anyone used the Okuma Induron? Im thinking of buying the 150. What do you guys think of it? Any comments?
It has 8 bearings, a centifrugal cast system and is made from machined bar stock aluminum.

The Induron is a fine looking reel, but I'm skeptical of their products. The shopowners I have talked to return more Okuma reels than any other brand. To their credit, they have a very lenient return policy, and their turnaround is quick.
You asked.....

Interesting, last year, I talked to several fishing tackle stores and they said Quantum were the most returned reels.

Same stuff as my cardiff. Its gonna be a 10 lb reel for bass and what not. I'm still debating whether I should get this reel or just upgrade to a 2005 cardiff

Quantum, owned by good old Zebco, is the cheapest piece of... Uh fishing tackle you will ever see. Have to agree with Local Rookie one that one.

I can't say you're wrong. The shopowners I've talked to don't carry Quantum reels, and perhaps it's just coincidence that I was present in different stores when Okuma reels were being returned.
