One day after the earth was created, God and Adam are talking in the garden
of Eden. Adam turns to God and says, "you know God, it's really beautiful
here in the garden of Eden, but it gets very lonely at times."

God turns to Adam and says that he will create a woman for him. Confused,
Adam asked God what a woman was.

"A woman is the most beautiful thing in the world. They are loyal, kind,
humble, never talk too much, cooks incredibly well, never annoying, great
automobile drivers, low maintenance, know what you want even before you do
and never expect anything in return." Adam is impressed and told God that
he wanted this perfect being. God replies, "but there is a catch. In order
to have one, you will lose one arm, have one eye gouged out from the socket,
go bald and walk around with a nervous twitch."

Adam thinks about it for a while then turns to God and asks, "so, what can I
get for a rib?"
