Pud 2/23
Fished eastshore from 5:30-6:40 pm and got my first bass of this season and it was a nice one, about 6# with a huge belly. I had a couple of hits, one on spinnerbait and the other on a swimbait. Then the bass hit it! About 5 minutes later hooked one on the sink, fought the fish and I knew it was a big one. Yeah, two big ones on one night! This one took me for a ride then I noticed he wasn't trying to jump just heavy tugging. After a few minutes I finally caught a glimpse of him before he took of for another long run and it was a .....huge carp. Eventually came unbuttoned, but had a lot of fun with it for 7/8 minutes! Still light fishing pressure.
