Fav. way to prepare Sheephead?
I'm told California Sheephead is called the poor mans lobster. So please help me out with a recipe to enjoy this fish. Thanks.

I don't get why they say that...you still have to buy the gear and the ticket
 Fried in butter makes everything tastes good. Some save the head for a stew, meat is supposed to be really good
