Lake Michigan Oct. 6th
The wife and I have a wedding to attend in Chicago and have decided to stay an extra day and take a Trout and Salmon charter on Monday Oct. 6th. These are 6 pack boats so the rate is the same for one person as it is for up to six people. The charter covers all equipment and fish cleaning. So there will be no cost to anyone else. I realize its a loaded invite being all the way out to Chicago but if for some reason someone from HUSF might be out there for bussiness or just really has the desire to give lake michigan a try the invite is there. We currently have 4 openings so if interested let me know. I will also help with transportation from the airport to the harbor since we will already have a rental car. The charter will leave out of Winthrop Harbor in Zion, IL. Its about 1 hour north of Chicago. As info the King Chinook Salmon are running right now and most likely will be tapered off or even non-existant by Oct. but the good news is the Stealhead(rainbows), Browns and Lakers should all have their prespawn feedbags on by then and some of these lakers go over 30lbs. If you need any other info just ask.
